Stereobabble started when the 2 remaining members of Electric Swamp Gas, Scott Frilot and Lance Sherlock, recruited Frilot's brother, Mark Frilot. From there they changed the name to Stereobabble divorcing themselves from the 'swamp/creole' stigma they have been tagged with. Stereobabble is a straight foward, rock band. Since that time, they have played throughout new orleans and baton rouge. The band just wrapped up their debut cd which is out. Scott Frilot was also fortunate to play guitar and go on tour with The Tomatoes.
