Sterling Talent Group was established in February of 2005, as a vision with a focus in booking musicians, marketing, and event coordination. Jason and Carrie Willey collectively put effort towards making the vision a reality, and found help and support from friends.
With the definition of Sterling meaning "genuine, and pure", it adequately describes the team of talent that it represents. However, Sterling is also the name of Carrie's grandfather, who was a respected musician, lead singer, bass and guitar player of his own time...Sterling Kelly and The Hearts had several recorded albums in their day, which are tresured pieces of history today!
The previous couple years have been filled with success, growth, learning, and opportunity. Many changes are taking place every day, and we look forward to 2007! We're very excited to announce the newest addition to STG, TRES WOMACK! Be looking for more on Tres and his new album, FREAK SHOW.. coming soon..
