Hey there, and how you doing. If you’ve gotten this far, a couple things. I’m just here as a person that gets the fact that Myspace is a good place to rant. I’m not looking for a ringtone, or a target card, or a new Xbox... I can buy that crap myself. Im also not interested in your webcam, your photos or the fact that you’re just trying to meet new people online. However, if you like the stuff I do - or vice versa - then welcome. I fart around mostly at My Twitter place. Soon, most of my stuff will center around My personal website But that's a work in progress. You can also find meon Facebook at Where I write a lot of notes. Again, one of these days, it'll all come to my main site. If you’ve written me, and I haven’t written you back... it’s because I’m all mailed up on Myspace. But if you write me at Marmel@marmel.com chances are you’ll get a reply back much, much sooner. But if you’re under 18, don’t, okay? There’s no way that’s not creepy, even accidentally.
So... all that being said... read away. Watch the "Sonny With a Chance,: read the blog, watch the vids... whatever. Let me know what you liked, and what you didn’t. Ask anything you want. And with that, I return to my pie.

Uhm... lets see. Currently working at Disney TV Animation, used to work at Nickelodeon, and before that Cartoon Network. Learning to love 'blogging as the thing I'm doing that doesn't have to go through standards and practices, but I'll still (more than occasionally) put a "*" in the middle of a swear word.Influences
Comedy: Sam Kinison (then), Jon Stewart (now), Bobby Slayton (in between). And Nick Griffin is probably the funniest person in America. Now I must add Daniel Tosh to the list. Jesus, the guy makes me laugh. Comic Book / Animation Writing: Paul Dini, Alan Burnett, Grant Morrison, Neil Gaiman, Brian Michael Bendis and currently enjoying most of what's attached to DC's "Infinite Crisis" and "52." (Sorry about the nerd moment.) Also: Tony Stark and Reed Richards are fascist bastards.

I have multiple heroes. Work heroes, who through their belief in me, have saved and changed my life. If I named them, I'd run out of space. So... very basically: Tom Leherer, Mike Royko, Ellen Cockrill for being the first person to get me OUT of stand up into writing, Bob Boyle for getting me out of where I was and moving me to where I am, my Mother for backing showbusiness in her own way, and most importnatly my wife... who I loved 7 months before I even met her.
