One can only imagine what happens when UK Mastermind/MC TY comes through Uprock’s Recording studio just to hang out with an other Mastermind/MC/ Producer Steve Austin. With a note “When Robots Go To War”, posted on the studio wall, simply serving as an anecdote for the work being created in the studio, Ty suddenly picks up on the note leading his creative mind into Uprock’s studio booth.
What happens next is Robot’s literally going to war! With Austin behind the boards and Ty laying a verse, the track “When Robots Go To War” is created. Now imagine what happens when another Mastermind/MC by the name of Motet hears the track a couple days later. A second verse, by Motet, is put on the track and once Austin puts on the finishing touches a masterpiece by masterminds is born.
With complete discard for one of the three rules of robots; A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm, the track passes through the different fingers and ears of Uprock’s Mechanical Music Minds Daz I Kue, Adam Rock and Bunny Bread. With this “When Robots Go To War” not only injures and causes harm it makes most “Human” music lovers go nuts.
With several of the remixes frequently being dropped both at national and international parties and places, from The Red Bull Music Academy seminar in Seattle to the Legendary Broken Beat night Co Op, “When Robots Go To War” starts to even take notice in Hollywood by Transformers II moviemakers. The success of this then unreleased track has clearly become a sign for the track to officially be released.
