Definately grew up listening to the progressive groups of the 70's.
Genesis, Yes, ELP, Pink Floyd.
Also was into the Chick Corea RTF stuff!
Dixie Dregs, Deep Purple, Frank Zappa.

Hi I am a freelance keyboardist with many years of performance and studio experience. I have professional gear and am a quick learner. If you are adding "keys" to your next project give me a call.
Have been playing the keys since I was 6 years old, but have never enjoyed playing as much as I do now! Grew up with all the analog synths (wished I kept em all!) Of course now I feel like I need an engineering degree to figure out how to run my Motif! Graduated from Lynnfield High School in 1975. Played in the glitter group "Haven" from Revere. Also was in the High School Concert, Jazz and Marching bands. In college I played with a reggae band "Herb Session & The Glidders"! - we even won the school talent show!
Ah the 80's - playing with "Easy Street" and "Spellbound"at the Compass Lounge, and Barnaby's in North Conway. Then "Abijon" which was the only non-cover band I have ever played with. The Rat, Bunratty's, The Metro & The Channel!
The Good Old Days!!! After that I needed to mellow out so I went "GB" and played with "Crown Royale" doing the function thing! How about "Joe Bell"! Everyone knows Joe! That basically took me up to the millenium! A short stint with "The Persuaders" and three years with "Replay" takes me to where I am today! Recently I began playing with a new band "Wired", who have a big following especially along the New Hampshire border. In addition I am working with a variety of local bands as well as some solo gigs. 2010 is going to be a busy year, so come by and check it out!
Keep on Rockin in the Free World!

Steve, I just wanted to say thank for playing that beautiful rendition of "Memory" at my dad's funeral. You and Charlene were tremendous and considering you only had one day's notice to put it together made it even more extraordinary. It was one of Dad's last requests to have that played and it meant so much to my family and I.
