Steve Jablonsky (born October 9, 1970) is an American music composer for film, television and video games. He has composed the soundtracks to the movies The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), Steamboy (2004), The Island (2005), Transformers (2007), and D-War (2007) was a contributor on Team America World Police (2004) among many others. Love the Transformers Sountrack. Intense and emotional, perfect. I can see the scenes by listening to the music, a mark of a great artist. I'm thinking about coming to LA sometime and staring in the acting bussiness and eventualy directing movies. I hope that one day I'll be able to work with you. That would be awsome.
Some months ago I made a petition to get a score cd released of the music in Desperate Housewives... I think, and a lot of other people think that the music is very very good and should be released on cd! I mailed to Walt Disney, but they never replied. Do you know if there's a score coming or could you try to release one for us, like you did for Transformers! It would be a shame if your DHW music never would make it to a CD!
Hi Steve!! Thanks a lot for the add! I'm glad you accepted my request! I really love your work. Your Steamboy Score is just perfect! Hope to hear from you soon!
Hi Mr. Jablonsky or anyone who represents him. I was just wondering why The Transformers score release is now OOP. It was a very limited run and now is a hot item on ebay and Amazon Marketplace. I was just wondering if this means a future release is in the works if this issue has been phased out? It boggles me if there is no future release planned considering this score was a top seller for 2007. Any official word?
Mr Jablonsky, with the Arrival to Earth piece, you've really harmonized the ambiance of the scene and struck a chord deep into the hearts of the fans from yesteryear, as if we were slowly coming out of that 20-year slumber with them and answering the call. Well done!
Hey Steve- Your work is fantastic! I met you briefly when I was the assistant for Trevor Morris and James Dooley. The Autobots theme is so moving! Cheers, Mark
