  • General

    Bodybuilding, weight training,fitness model, cardio workouts,nutrition, sport supplements, cars, boats, Sometimes that goes a little astray as the chocolate just jumps out of the fridge and into my mouth...why does it do that! I love most activities outdoors, kayaking going out on the boat, long walks. Relaxing in the sun, not for too long though. I am interested in moving forward, always improving in all facets of life.

    Let's say I appreciate all music but thats not to say I will go out and buy it! Do I have any favourites, yes...Fort Minor Some top 40, R & B, Hip Hop, some rock music.

  • Movies

    I like a variety of movies as long as they keep me entertained for the first 10 minutes otherwise I will just fall asleep.

  • Television

    CSI Miami is pretty good viewing, Prison Break, Survivor, any music award shows. Same thing applies to TV as above if I can get through 10 minutes its all good .lol

  • Books

    Honestly its been that long since I read a book I just can't remember. Oh, I get no points for that then .lol

    Well, anyone who is successful in whatever their chosen field as I know that its takes a lot of effort and work to become good at anything these days.

About me:

.. .. .. Ok where do I start? lol
As you have probably gathered I am in the health and fitness business, I have been working out with weights for too many years, but hey I love the lifestyle and when I don't workout for a few days I feel down right awful! Gee, that almost sounds like an addiction, all be it a healthy one I suppose.

I use to own two gyms each for around 5 years, so I have gained a great deal of experience in exercise, nutrition and supplementation. I have won numerous physique titles over the years and made a few covers of fitness mags.
Most of all I have met some really great people across the globe who are involved in the fitness lifestyle and I strive to share my knowledge and at the same time learn from others in their experiences with working out, nutrition and the mindset required to succeed.

Currently I have my own line of Sports Nutrition products called Powerzone Nutrition, they are an advanced range of products designed for those who really want to reach their true physical potential. http://www.powerzonenutrition.net ..

Designing effective nutritional supplements is a real passion for me as my goal is to help others get in amazing shape.

    The surgery has been a long time coming.
    Just a whole heap of wear and tear from doing so much gymnastics and ballet over the years!

    Hey Steve!

    Thanks for the add. It's been a while. Training is going well, however I had some surgery on my knee a few weeks ago which has set me back a bit.
    I am hoping to do Sports Model for INBA in October, but I'll have to see how the knee holds up when I start pushing it! It's my second surgery which is a bit crap!

    How's your training going? Still massive I'm sure!

    Got any good music for me for the comp!? hehe.
    When's your next one?
