    My tastes in all things are all over the board on a wide range of subjects. I'm into car chases, explosions,movie lesbians, guns, knives, guitars, fire, cooking, booze, cats, dogs, fish, horses and sammiches.

    Freak flag planted firmly in the middle of my forehead on this topic. If i wasnt a chef I would have been in a band or a DJ. . I have 15 thousand songs on my iPod Heres a partial list in no perticular order; ELVIS, Beatles,Frank Sinatra,James Brown, Hank Williams, Hank Jr, Hank 3, Metallica,Kelly Clarkson,The Dead, Billy Joel, Chuck Berry , Jack Johnson , BB king, Bob Dylan, Woody Guthrie, Bob Marley, Bob Segar, Pete Segar, Peter Frampton, William Shatner, Snoop Dogg, 5o Cent, Steely , The Rat Pack, Wierd Al, Prince, Garth Brooks, Dean Martin , Louis Prima , Kinky freidman, Led Zeppelin, Billie Holiday, Pink floyd.....is that enough for now.....cause I could go on and on and on.

  • Movies

    Animal House and Blues Brothers top out my list followed by A Christmas story, The Big Night and Blazing Saddles, Harold and Kumar(both) and UHF. I also dig anything Elvis or Sinatra made....even the crapy ones.. Black and White, film Noir like Bogey and Kate Hepburn, horror, Swingin 60s flix like Mat Helm and Our Man Flint. If its iconic like a best selling book gone blockbuster even better for me. I love James Dean and Brando. So basically if they're dead and were the very definition of Cool in their time ... thats my style Daddio.

    I love old comedys. All in the family, Jack Benny, Carson, Letterman, Groucho, Lucy, Seinfeld, Simpsons ,Warner Brothers Merry Melodies, Carol Burnett, Mad about you. Love the newer stuff too, The Office, Two and a half men, how i met your mother, family guy,Anything food related and not RACHEL RAY related.. Hate reality and hate Celebreality even more.

    Gee gollly where to begin? LOOOOOOVE Harlan Coben books, Kinky Friedman, Poe, Steinbeck, Any Bio of presidents or leaders,comedys , Janet Evonavich, Hemmingway rocks , Steven King , Harry Potter, George Carlin, Star Trek novels and letters to the penthouse forum.

    Dear Steve, No they are yams... but I've changed my ways I now enjoy whipped or whole fresh with real maple syrup, butter topped with chopped pecans. Delish and not that sweet at all...
