When I'm not teaching unicorn love techniques, I'm a creative writing professor. Still, unicorns are a great influence on my writing. As a novelist, I hope to provide the same delight, uplift, and wonder that unicorns inspire in me.
Before commercial considerations intruded, my first novel, Finnie Walsh, was about two young unicorns, Honeysuckle and Dreamchaser, and their journey to the Forest of Nightmares.
I teach my fiction students that good writing comes not from the head or the heart, but from one's alicorn--the magical horn that heals illness and provides intimate pleasures to a unicorn's partner.
I also tell them that a good story should have the shape or "arc" of the rainbow trail that unicorns leave when they prance across the sky. Oh, and that every story should have a "cupcake," an unexpected treat for the reader like a kitten or, well, a cupcake! Not all unicorns like cupcakes, but I sure do!!!

Pandas make a bleating sound similar to the sound a lamb or a goat kid would make. It's a friendly sound, a greeting. They don't roar, the way you think of a brown bear roaring. But they do bleat and honk, they sometimes huff, bark, or growl, and young cubs croak and squeal.
hey, can you sign to the Panda that I'm learning how to walk on four legs, and I went to Genesis today and found some herbs to grow myself some black and white furr patches. India was good to me. Taj, Naan & all... Pandas choice.
Hey Steve, I have a date on Friday, and I was wondering if you might have any suggestions on where to go for dinner. I'm not really eating meat anymore. But I think he eats things like chicken feet, and lizard gizzard. Pandas eat the weirdest things. It makes their furr soft I think.
i feel like that would be a really useful thing to have around the house. that it would somehow address a lot of stuff. we have a magic 8-ball at work and people use it all the time. fer serious.
