Single parents who raise their children to grow up and to make something of themselves in this world.
About me: I am an active person, who likes to watch and play sports, and is a big fan of the University of Michigan. Train in Mixed Martial Arts, and go out with friends. I am a father of two beautiful and smart girls who are the pride and joy of my life.
Who I'd like to meet: People who are full of life and enjoy laughing, traveling and working out. In the past I have put work and other things in front of happiness and made zero time for anyone. I am doing it right this time and ensuring that I live for the day!!! A smart person once told me that living for the day is the most important thing, because no one knows what tomorrow will bring. I want to surround myself with friends who are not afraid to be themselves and will be honest and say what's on their mind! Last but not least I would like to have friends who introduce me to different things and show me that there's more out there than what I know and have done.
Hi Steven I really miss you! Your mom called me on your birthday and we laughed, cried and promised to stay in touch! I will always do my best to make sure your mom is well...that's my gift to you!

I, too, had the privilege of knowing Steven since I was 14 and reconnected with him a few months ago. I looked forward to his daily emails and thoroughly enjoyed the laughter that we shared. He was a good man and will be sadly missed. I feel honored to have reconnected with him and will always cherish the friendship we shared! My heart goes out to his family and you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Steven...you will always be my hero, as well!

I had the privilege of knowing Steven since I was 14 and reconnecting with him at 34. We talked by phone and emailed each other everyday discussing everything. He really loved being a part of the military and truly cared about his men. I believe he was responsible for about 40 young men ranging in ages 18 to their early 20's. He told me he promised himself that he would make sure that they came home alive to their families...Now that's the ultimate sacrifice.
Sergeant First Class Steven J. Chevalier you truly will be missed. You are and always will be my Hero.
I love you my friend. Thank you for sharing your time, your laughter, your thoughts, and worries. We will meet again in a better place, at a better time. You will always live in my thoughts, my prayers and within my heart. RIP
