Steven Jude’s intensity both on and off stage evokes comparisons to passionate performers and composers such as Jim Morrison and Roger Waters. His charisma and dark, sensual charm lure the listener like a siren’s call. His own style of renaissance rock and roll has earned him a strong, loyal following in South Florida, his home turf, as he prepares to go nationwide with his next release, “Neon Dream”.

Jude grew up in Connecticut, the middle child of a large Italian family, and singing was always his passion. After serving in the Marine Corps he moved to South Florida to pursue his dream of becoming a lead vocalist with a rock and roll band. Jude was inspired by such musicians as Jim Morrison, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Billy Idol. Jude formed the band “Steven Jude and the Rising”, writing all the lyrics and collaborating with the band on all the music. The Rising played the South Florida club scene in the 90’s and quickly gained a large fan base and significant press support, with one critic stating, “Jude is such an overwhelming presence that the rest of the band could take an extended lunch and he’d still be able to keep the show going”.
Jude is embarking on his solo career starting with the release, “Neon Dream”, collaboration with Grammy award winning producer, Doc Wiley of Sonic Nerve Studio, Miami Beach, Florida. The project attracted some stellar talent including:
Jack Shawde – Arranger/Guitarist,
Rafael Tarrago – Lead/Rhythm guitar,
Michael Goods – Keyboards,
Matt Coogan – Bass guitar,
Robert LeMont – Drums, and
Beth Cohen providing background vocals to the remake of "Light My Fire."
The new release has nine original tracks written by Jude and includes a remake of The Doors 1967 hit “Light My Fire” that delivers a retro vibe version never before explored. The tracks are an eclectic mix of rock, funk and R & B with lyrics that are provocative and alluring. Steven has played from Tobacco Road in Miami to The Viper Room in Los Angeles. Jude is back and his infectious songs will be hard to get out of your head.

Submorphics is Chicago-based producer and lifetime musician Greg Axelrad. Originally a duo consisting of Greg and longtime friend Ryan Lolas, late 2006 saw Greg taking full control over the project as a solo artist.
Drawing on influences such as soul, rare groove, jazz, hip hop, 70s rock, deep house and film soundtracks, Submorphics' eclectic musical DnB output has received widespread global support from artists such as Makoto, High Contrast, LTJ Bukem, Marky, Danny Byrd, Big Bud, Alix Perez, Nookie and many more.
A crowd favorite on the decks as well, Submorphics DJ schedule has increased in 2007-2008, playing coast-to-coast in the states, as well as touring in the UK and Europe.
