One starfish at a time.......
We all can make a difference...:)

A friend of ours was walking down a deserted beach at Sunset. As he walked along he saw another man picking up starfish that had been washed up on the beach and, one at a time, he was throwing them back into the water.

He approached the man and said, " Good evening friend. I was wondering what you are doing". " I'm throwing these starfish back into the ocean. You see, it's low tide and all of these starfish have been washed up onto the shore. If I don't throw them back into the sea, they'll die."

"I understand." my friend replied, "but there must be thousands of starfish on this beach. You can't possibly make a difference to all of them."

The man smiled, bent down and picked up another starfish, and as he threw it back into the sea, he replied, " Made a difference to that one."

Our Deepest Fear?

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate....Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure...It is in showing our light, not our darkness that most frightens others...and living in fear does not serve the World for the better, for there is nothing enlightening about shrinking back so that others won't feel insecure around us...

We were ALL meant to shine as children do...it is not just in some of us, it is in ALL of us...and once we let our light shine it motivates others to have the courage and inspiration to do the same - for once we are liberated from own fear of the darkness, we can help to lead others into the light - as our mere presence automatically liberates and enlightens those around us...:-)

I believe the past is the past - and only want to believe in a more positive future -by being more honest with others, and so much more positive and bright...in our light...

This is our journey, our destiny, and we need to stay focused on a more righteous path with God. In my LIFE - I wish only to encourage others - even when there is the need to share anger toward me - I will understand the anger, and always be there to just wipe away the tears, and will never take it personally. I will always TRY to lift you up - when you are down, and try to motivate you with my writing and my positive thoughts - toward you and your life!
