Guitarist Steve Rhian joined with Columbia recording artist Deryl Dodd following the release of Deryl's first album, One Ride in Vegas, in 1996. Since then, Steve has played on most of Deryl's recordings and his guitar work continues to play a key role in identifying the band's live sound.
Steve is active in the Texas music scene, writing, co-writing and occationally performing with writing partner Amos Staggs. Steve's guitar work is also featured on other Texas artists' recordings, including Jamie Richards, Smokin' Gun, Rachael Stacey and others.
I just wanted to thank you for being a huge part of the Cannon's show at the Texas Theatre. You are great people Steve, and you will never know how greatful I am to be able to tell people that we are friends. I respect you as a musician and as a friend. Thanks soo much for all you have done for me, and I hope that we can jam again in the near future. Or. Get some Waxahachie Mexican food!
