pinch your arm with your nails. it feels like that. but all over the area and for an hour. they do the outline first, that hurt more for me. then they fill in. it pinched worse the closer in to my navel he went. i hear bicep doesn't really hurt at all.

Steve, I think you have more friends out here than you realize. I hope things are getting better for you, and that you can find a way to combat some of the pain you're finding in life. It WILL go away if you just give it some time. I'm here if you need to talk or just blow off steam.
