About Stevie

Latest News: Stevie confirmed to perform at Oxford Pride! Stevie has been singing from an early age and he started song writing at the age of 12 as he loved writing poems and stories. His song writing ability began to grow and he wrote 'What's it like to be free?' at the age of 13. He performed in many school production his most memorable was Grease, where Stevie played the part of Kenickie. Stevie's first experience of recording was when he visited his first recording studio, which was a present for his 18th Birthday. Stevie had the opportunity to sing some of his favourite songs. A few years later Stevie visited a company in London and auditioned. They then asked him to undertake a development programme for a year. In that year Stevie recorded an album called 'Spectrum'. This includes songs such as 'What's it Like to be Free?', 'Deep Dark Secret' and 'Fallen'. After that year he took a step back due to work commitments. However, 2008 Stevie really wants to push forward and break into the industry. Already he has started the year well after winning Swindon's Pride Idol. Stevie will now launch the first ever Swindon Pride in August. (For more info on Swindon Pride check out: http://www.swindonpride.kk5.org/). Also Stevie performed at the Pink Rooms again on the 24th February in 'An Audience with Stevie'. It was a great way for Stevie to show case his album and he even threw in a few covers. Stevie has also been to the recording studio and has re-recorded 'What's it like to be free?' and a new version of 'Deep Dark Secret'. Also, Stevie got the chance to record a brand new track 'I'll be there', which are now all revealed here exclusively. For more info about the recording studio visit www.mooncalfmusic.co.uk.
