Ziad Haddad and Rima Taha Aka Stigmata, Were born the city of Beirut – Lebanon . Their interests in music started at the young age of 15 when they start listening to music. They consider this genre as being one of their most important influences into keeping their mind into music. During their teenage years, their music taste expanded to include rock & jazz. On 1999 they met by music passion when they were exposed to electronic sounds, beats and synths. Since then, their passion has been completely towards dance music. In 2002 they start listening to various Dj.. who have strongly influenced their present style such as Moshic, Fady Ferraye,John Digweed, Sasha and Anthony Pappa . By that time they were pretty much hooked to Deep and Dark Progressive, which of course has remained their favorite style…
In 2006 They started playing their own mixes into a private parties and small events…

Nowadays, even with their short experience, they are working in their studio with new Records and new dark emotional sounds and melodies which for sure will thrill even the most demanding progressive fans in the near future.

PS : Stig its from an old norse personel name (Scandinavian) , and its used for a girl or a boy , and Mata is a variant of Matthew (Hebrew), and the meaning of Mata is "gift " and we choose this name by that meanning and its not related for Christians !!
