    not really sure what kind of tips I can tell you. i just do it. i know that doesn't really help, haha. only thing i can really think of is to write actual songs instead of part by part, piecing things together. that right there will help it flow better. use a metronome when writing so you can write things in the same tempo, that helps, especially when moving from section to section. good luck. -chris
