Damon sides was born and raised in tennessee and relocated to buffalo in his late teens. Rick mattingly was born in ohio, and raised in illinois and kentucky and later moved to buffalo in his early twenties.They met in mid 96 and became involved in multiple projects together.Through it all they have become the one constant that still remains.There music is there bond and there friendship keeps it real.There music speaks of hard times and shades of that light at the end of the tunnel.They write from what they experience and from what theyve survived.The blues seem to embody there lifes travels,therefore there music seems to embody the blues in there style.
The end result is a gritty and sometimes pure defintion of raw emotion.
