Still Fire es un proyecto que nace en 2007 con el único fin de pasarlo bien haciendo música, cuyo núcleo lo componen Carlos "Mr. Still" Montané (teclados, voces) y Álvaro "Mr. Fire" Fernández (guitarras, voces). A él se están añadiendo amigos que aportan sus talentos con las voces, instrumentos, ideas, etc. ¿Cuál es el “concepto” musical de Still Fire Project? Evidentemente el nexo que nos ha unido es la música de ELO, así que este es el punto de partida. ¿Dónde nos llevará? ¡Quién lo sabe! Por el momento se han editado una primera canción en español que sirvió como prueba para el método de trabajo, una segunda ya propia de Still Fire llamada Say Hello con la participación de Salva "Ovation" March (guitarra acústica y coros), Rafael "Wilbury" Fernández (voz principal y harmónica) y Pilar "Angel Voice" Campos (coros), y dos covers de E.L.O. (When Time Stood Still y Eldorado). Acabamos de lanzar los temas Goddess y My Window tanto en audio como con nuestros primeros y modestísimos clips de vídeo. Still Fire Project was born in 2007 with the only aim to have a good time playing music. It’s core is formed by Carlos "Mr. Still" Montané (keyboards, vocals) & Álvaro "Mr. Fire" Fernández (guitars, vocals). Some friends are adding their talents with their voices, instruments and ideas. What’s the musical concept in Still Fire Project? Of course, the main thing that has put us together is ELO’s music, so that’s the start point. Where will it lead? Who knows! By now we have edited one song in Spanish that was the test for the working method; the second one is the first “pure” Still Fire song: Say Hello, with some talented musicians on it like Salva “Ovation” March (acoustic guitar, vocals), Rafael “Wilbury” Fernández (lead vocals) and Pilar “Angel Voice” Campos (vocals). The third and fourth have been two ELO covers: When Time Stood Still and Eldorado. We've just finished two new songs called Goddess and My Window and two videoclips!!!.
