About StillFrame

StillFrame formerly known as; StillFrame Tragedy was formed in 2003 with the aspirations to provide friends and fans alike with a new style of hardrock music. With the ambitions of taking over the U.S. one show at a time. Jordan Newman the bands founder an vocalist has been from guitarist to drummer to bassists back and forth. Not finding a successful group of musicians until late in the year 2008.

StillFrame has been taking over the Jackson Music scene for the past year. The bands roots are sewn close within the streets and cities surrounding the Jackson area. Jordan Newman vocalist teamed up with childhood friend Lamar Puryear bassist, in early 2008 to begin learning and writing new music. The collaboration was a success and it seemed as though the bands goals were almost within their reach.

Finally, Jordan found drummer, John Hopper from Brandon. John joined up after a short try-out at a couple practices. StillFrame was almost complete, yet still lacked their true potential. Carson Hopper guitarist, and brother of John joined in late May of 2008 to be the new guitarist of StillFrame.

Now, with a stable membership and new material StillFrame has slowly, but surely become a new voice for rock music. With their own style, catchy riffs, and up-beat rhythms StillFrame promises to be a force to be reckoned with in their genre.
