Happiness is the road, it really is!!! StillMarillion have formed through a genuine love for Marillion's music old and new but focussing on the Fish era Eighties material, we will travel back down the road and play classics that haven't been heard in a while, not to mention a few forgotten rarities. The band are comprised of members of the older Forgotten Sons line up, a couple of members of top Iron Maiden Tribute Maiden Scotland, Stephen the keyboard player being the only charming chap not to have lended his talents to one of those bands at some point!!

A tribute to the Metal Gods at the Ark, Waterloo Place, Edinburgh on Saturday the 12th of December. With support from the Amorettes and Switchbalde Scream.
There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.

Hiya, We all had a superb night, thanks. My partner never used to like Marillion until he met me (18 years ago). Although he started to like them, he'd never been a huge fan. However, after seeing you perform, he's now hooked on them. He's been getting my CD's out and listening to them all the time and downloading tracks on to his MP3 Player. Some of the friends we brought with us are not in to Marillion either but they all thought you were absolutely brilliant. We can't wait for the next time.
