Knockanstockan 3 day festival takes place on the dates of Friday 25th - Sunday 27th July. Tickets are priced at €50 for the 3 days and includes camping. I thought it went down pretty well.There are several hard rock bands that have covered pop songs with great success.You might remember about 10 years ago a Scottish group called Gun had a hit with a cover of Cameo's Word Up.That's not to say it's OK for anyone to cover hard rock classics.Have you ever heard Celine Dions' version of AC/DCs' You Shook Me All Night Long?It's a massacre,the kind that Robert Mugabe could only dream of.
