There are many reasons people feel at home in the Episcopal Church. For some, the beauty and timelessness of the liturgy is irresistible. Others are seeking a place where reason is valued. Some enjoy the gorgeous music and stunning worship space. Some folks are just looking for a faithful community that will accept them as they are.
I invite you to come and experience St. John's Episcopal Church. There is something very special about worshipping and journeying and being with the people who make up St. John's - something that cannot adequately be put into words.
St. John's is a community that strives to live out Jesus' message of love and justice in this world. We believe Jesus was concerned with the poor and the struggling; we too are concerned with the ones whom society has forgotten or intentionally excluded. We are a people who continually ask ourselves, "How can we best be the Body of Christ in our world, nation, and community?"
Come and worship with us. I am confident you will feel that you are among friends, among family. Seeking and serving Christ in all persons is a grandiose mission; we invite you to join us. St. John's Episcopal Church
welcomes you.
Who I'd like to meet: At St. John's we welcome all people. We believe Jesus' vision of the kingdom of God was radically expansive and we try our best to follow his model. We invite you to worship, feast & journey with us.
