Aggressive in your face sound that has a metal edge to it.
Our fans have told us we have similar sounds to bands like: Sevendust/ Dark New Day, Hed P.E., Disturbed, Breaking Benjamin, Incubus, Stuck Mojo
Sooner than Later was born in early 2006. The bands founding fathers, Mo and Joe, have been playing on the local scene since 2002. Their band, Trypnotic, rocked St. Louis' local scene with their hard hitting new age sound. Conflicts with school became a factor with the keyboard player and the singer so they both left the band. Down to a bass player, drummer, and lead guitarist, they forged ahead with making music. Unhappy with their sound they set out for a 2nd guitar player and a singer. This is when Joe brought in Josh to play rhythm guitar and right away they knew he was what they were looking for. Still unable to find a singer that fit their sound, Mo the bass player decided to step up to the challenge. As soon as things were going well the lead guitarist left the band; the band posted an ad on stlpunk for a lead guitarist. Luttrell answered the ad and after the second practice they knew he was the final piece to the puzzle. This is one up and coming St Louis local band that you don’t want to miss. We successfully completed our studio work for our debut album, "Life." Special thanks to Jason McEntire of SawHorse Studios, our studio engineer and friend who worked harder than anyone to make sure all went well. For those who want a 4 piece band with an aggressive in your face sound that has a metal edge to it, this just what the doctor ordered. They have a stage show to match the high intense sound. Hope to see you rocking in a local club “Sooner Than Later”.

Hi there Sooner Than Later™ first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people make sure you bookmark www.tthlabel.com so that in the even that we do close our myspace account you will not lose contact with us. Thanks again for being our myspace pal!
