MySpace a place for friends

Aup, well what is there to say? I'm 17, i live in Stoke, and me name is Kez. Been writing music since i was about 13, started recording in my mid-15's. All the music on here is old and dates back to like 2008; i'm working on a new demo but it's not done yet so in the meantime this is all you got. "Worth Dying For" is the first song released from it. I'm relatively new to this shit and have only ever performed live once, as i don't get many opportunities, on top of people being massive pricks about the whole thing. Also i suffered from a lack of a working computer from October 2008 to May 2009, so that put a big gap in my music too. But i'm back now, working on shit, so i should have new out asap. All my shit is pretty much home-made, don't have either the money or knowledge to set foot in a studio right now, and i don't see the point at this stage. If you don't like that that's your problem. My lyrics have been described as all kinds of shit, from "insane" to "emo", but really i just write about my life most of the time. Some people think i'm trying to be American for whatever reason, but trust me, i'm not. Some words just get used in the songwriting process cause they rhyme best with the previous, so take it as you will. You might also think the fact that my collaborators are not in Stoke and are in different parts of the world means i'm a wannabe American, but to be honest that has more to do with the amount of people who don't seem to want to accept my shit around here. So, yeahh. Some people also think because i don't do the grime style it means i don't wanna be UK, but that's not true; i just think grime is terrible and is ruining rap's reputation for many people.
