It's the great support we've had from fans and friends thats
helped us produce music we really care about and allow us
to share it with others at loads of wicked gigs and festivals, in films,
on the radio and the internet. Quite a ride, loads of
fun, new friends, what can we say other than a massive THANKS.
Our adventure as Stone From Delphi is set to end as Ally has decided
to pursue other interests. We (Andy, Piers and Rob) are forming a new band with a new musical
direction........we've already got a load of new material together and its going to be a killer sound
- keep your ears to the ground
We'll be giving free copies of our current CD at the remaining
gigs, and look out for a couple of classic delphi tunes making an appearance! Hope you can make it down
for a last blast.
Take care, thanks for all the time and support you gave SFD......we'll see ya soon

Four-piece Stone From Delphi bring energy, passion and innovation to a sound described as dark, epic, alternative rock. Drawing their influences from modern bands such as Radiohead, Oceansize, Tool, Mogwai, Biffy Clyro and Sigur Ros, they have created their own huge sound that sets them apart from their contemporaries.
Beautiful soaring vocals, dynamic songwriting, dark atmospherics and an energetic drive are all fundamental components of the massive wall of sound they create, and onstage Delphi truly thrive, giving committed, explosive performances and displaying their inherent quality.
Bands that SFD have played with over the past two years include Arctic Monkeys, The Ordinary Boys, Pure Reason Revolution, Blackbud and Souls. They have also spent time recording in the prestigious Moles recording studio, working with Paul Corkett (Biffy Clyro, The Cooper Temple Clause). "Failure To Admit", a track taken from SFD's 2005 "All Else Can Wait" Ep, appeared in Dirty Sanchez's feature length movie in 2006.
