Sounds Like
This band was put together and assembled like a weapon....blueprints and all. Imagine a rusted angry machine fueled by hatred and disgust on the attack...That is Stonegate.
Cybernetic ambience, sounds of electonic aggrivation, uncompromising assault percussion, an arsenal of flesh shredding/bone crushing riffs, and irritated vocals of truth and hate make Stonegate's sound what it is.
Enjoy.
Stonegate was started in October of 2002 with original members Peter Brauchle Brauchle-guitars/drums, Jake Brenenstall-keys, Ken Thomas- vocals, and Jacob Long on bass. Now, due to various line up changes, conflicts with the bands name, and changes in the general musical direction, the band formally known as Stongate is now "MINIMUM SAFE DISTANCE".
We decided to start up a new myspace page myspace.com/minimumsafedistance. This should clear up any confuision and answer any questions our fans may have. For the most part, same band, new name, new direction, new sound, new page, new songs comming soon, check it out.
Stonegate's self titled full length album is now available:
the track listing is 1.Social Insecurity 2.Apocalypse 3.Hammerfist 4.Betrayal 5.Valley of the Sick 6.Virus 7.Compressed Hatred 8.Cataclysmic Cleansing
9.Aftermath
