Sounds Like
Peep these reactions: "This is like, honestly, like the best shit I have ever heard." - Garth Brooks. "That was a great performance, your music is really, really enjoyable..."- Jennifer Aniston
Stone Trio keeps you warm , like long underwear in the cold of winter. ...All sorts of adjectives describe the music we play: dank, dirty, heady, nasty, life-changing, super duper, and crazy-hella-mega-tight. We are three dudes forged together by a love for healing groovery. We like to play music that makes people move and feels good. We have been known to throw it down old school. Dirty, very dirty. Funky fresh, yet surprisingly classy.

Once again it's Tulsa for JFJO's second consecutive hometown New Year's Eve celebration on December 31st. This year the we invite you to enter a time warp and take a step back to the mid-90's for an old school freak out at The Eclipse. Once the regular haunt of early Odyssey's, the band hasn't played the club since 1996! For one night only we will return to destroy The Eclipse once and for all. This will undoubtedly be the last time to ever see us play at such a historic and intimate place as The Eclipse, so catch it while you can. Special guests are expected. Panda Resistance opens the evening's festivities. Tickets are $20, and with limited space a sell-out is expected. Also, we're happy to say that we will be supplying the Champagne for the New Year's toast. Can't wait to ring in the new year in Tulsa with all of you (some, in spirit). 2010 is shaping up to be the best year ever. Have a safe and happy holiday season everyone! JFJO - NYE in Tulsa - 12/31/09 Live @ The Eclipse 1336 E. 6th St. Tulsa OK 74120 www.jfjo.com

Hi everyone, check out my friends movement classes:
This is a call to all of those who have the courage to LET GO, (and are ready to have fun!)
Move the body, quiet the mind, and free the Spirit....An ecstatic movement experience..
This simple movement class combines Gabrielle Roth's "Sweat your Prayers", Qi Gong, guided meditation, and deep relaxation as a way back to your center; your moving center and the inspiration of the heart.
It is movement as medicine. Rooted in the innate wisdom of the body, natural flow of the breath, and pulsing rhythm inherent in all life.
It's an opportunity to let go of the mind and allow the body to be moved by rhythm, to disappear into the wave of sound, to offer your bones back to the dance, to offer your sweat as a prayer, and to gather in community to celebrate.
To dance this JOY of existence.
