THE STONYS are the HIGH TIMES Movie and Television Awards. The trophies given out are functional bongs. This is the 8th year we have held the awards, and the second year the show was held in California (all previous shows were in New York City). This year, the show was held at the Malibu Inn on Saturday, September 27th.
