1. Wiedereinführung der Todesstrafe in den folgenden Fällen:

a) wenn sich Deutschland im Krieg befindet (so wie derzeit in Afghanistan)

b) bei drohender Kriegsgefahr (diese besteht immer)

c) bei Aufständen und zivilem Ungehorsam *

*(wenn die Einsatzleitung der Polizeikräfte zu der Ansicht gelangt, dass es sich nicht mehr um eine Demonstration handelt, sondern um "aufstandsähnliche Zustände", dürfen sowohl Polizei, als auch das Militär von der Schusswaffe Gebrauch machen !!!)

2. Kooperationsabkommen aller Europäischer Sicherheitskräfte

Alle Polizei- und Militärkräfte haben in allen Europäischen Ländern uneingeschränkte Einsatzbefugnis !!!

3. Aufrüstungsverpflichtung

Alle Europäischen Staaten verpflichten sich, unter dem Vorwand der "drohenden Terrorgefahr" zur Aufrüstung aller Sicherheitskräfte und Material, nach besten Möglichkeiten ! Zukünftig werden demnach unsere Steuergelder zu einem noch größeren Teil für Polizei, Militär und deren Ausrüstung aufgewandt !!!

4.) Absenkung des Lebensmittelstandards

Um den Osteuropäischen Schwellenländern die Möglichkeit zu geben, ihre minderwertigen Nahrungs- und Genussmittel auf dem Europäischen Markt anzubieten, werden die Standards für selbige drastisch reduziert, zum Nachteil aller VerbraucherInnen !!!

5.) Herkunftslandprinzip

Mit der Einführung der EU-Verfassung gilt das so genannte "Herkunftslandprinzip" auch auf dem Deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. Sofern eine Firma, (beispielsweise in der Ukraine)ihren Firmensitz hat, dann ist die Zahlung des Arbeitslohnes nach dem Durchschnitt des Lohnes im Herkunftsland für in Deutschland beschäftigten ArbeitnehmerInnen legitimiert. (Der Durchschnittliche Stundenlohn einer ArbeitnehmerIn in der Ukraine beträgt derzeit 0,75 € !!!) Was das für Auswirkungen auf den Arbeitsmarkt, gerade in Bezug auf die "Mindestlohn"-Debatte hat, kann sich Jede (-r) selbst ausmalen...

6.) Grundgesetz der Bundesrepublik wird weitgehendst ausser Kraft gesetzt

Nach der Einführung des EU-Vertrages werden die meisten Gesetzesvorschriften vom Europäischen Gerichtshof verabschiedet und auch dort entschieden. BürgerInnen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland können sich dann nicht mehr auf das Grundgesetz berufen, sondern müssen vor dem Europäischen Gerichtshof klagen. Das bedeutet einen fast unerschwinglichen finanziellen Aufwand, den sich die "DurchschnittsbürgerIn" nicht leisten kann. Hinzu kommt die Prozessdauer, die sich auf Zeiträume von 8-12 Jahren erstrecken wird, da sich die BürgerInnen zunächst durch alle nationalen Instanzen "hochklagen" muss und dann noch davon abhängig ist, ob die letzte Instanz den Fall an den EU-Gerichtshof verweist.

7.) Willkürliche Änderungen der EU-Verfassung

Änderungen der EU-Verfassung können jederzeit durch die Mehrheit der Staatschefs der EU herbeigeführt werden. Die demokratischen Staatsorgane der Bundesrepublik (Bundestag, Bundesrat, Bundesverfassungsgericht) sind von einer Mitwirkung an den Änderungen vollkommen ausgeschlossen !!!

Wenn Sie diese Veränderungen nicht hinnehmen wollen, müssen Sie sich jetzt an unseren Aktionen beteiligen. Wir fordern ein Europaweites Referendum, in dem alle BürgerInnen der Europäischen Staaten befragt werden, ob sie dem geplanten EU-Reformvertrag von Lissabon zustimmen möchten. Die Kanzlerin Frau Dr. Angela Merkel weist zwar permanent darauf hin,dass ein Referendum in Deutschland gesetzlich nicht "vorgesehen" sei, jedoch bedeutet das nicht, dass wir es nicht verwirklichen können. Wenn eine Handvoll PolitikerInnen über mehrere Millionen Menschen in Europa existenzielle Entscheidungen treffen, so sehen wir es als eine demokratische Pflicht an, die Betroffenen hierüber zu informieren, zu befragen und abstimmen zu lassen. Bedenken Sie bitte, dass Eile geboten ist. Schon zum 01.01.2009 soll der geplante Vertrag verabschiedet werden. Danach gibt es kein "zurück" mehr !!!

1.) Re-activating the "Death-Penalty"

If the police-forces chief has the meaning that any demonstration is more likely a kind of "Civil disorder" the forces are allowed to use weapons against the people !!!

2.) All national police-forces are allowed to get action in all European countries !!!

3.) The standards of food-quality will be decreased about 80 % to give the East-European countries the opportunity to offer their food-products on the European market. We will all get qualitativly worse food !!!

4.) The "Herkunftslandprinzip" (Foreign-Country-Principle) means, that if (for example) a Ukrainian company sends their workers to Germany, these workers are only getting the average-loan of the country they are coming from. In Germany the average-loan for a simple worker is about 5-8 Euro (an hour) - in the Ukraine it is about 0,75 - 1,50 Euro (an hour). So we will get a dramatical number of unemployed people in Western-Europe !!!

5.) All national Constitutions are nearly off-focused. Nearly all judgement-decisions will be done by the European Court. That means that simple people will not have the financial background to go to the European Court and the time of a decision by this European Court will take a time between 8 and 12 Years. Nobody can afford that !!!

6.) Only the Presidents of the 25 European Countries have the right to change the European Constitution to any time they like. The national organizations (Parliament, Congress, and National Constitution Courthouses have no right to be part of the European Constitution changes !!!

7.) All national forces have the duty of rearmament - as best as they can. The costs of it shall be payed by the peoples taxes.

We, the citizens will be stolen all our democratic rights and we shall be observed by the national forces using Video-Cameras, RFID-Chips in passports, checking our telephone calls, our mails, our relations to other people, our interests and engagements !!! There will be watchdogs everywhere, payed by the peoples taxes !!!

All this shall happen in the name of "the neccessary terrorist-defense". Only a few people have recognized that its only a preparation for to lower the rights of Democracy, Liberty and Freedom. The real "terrorist" they mean is us, the citizens, cause they know exactly that nobody wants a decrease of democratic rights and perhaps will defend it by violence during riots.

"Stop The Lisboa Treaty" will fight against this European Constitution, as best as we can. The first step is to get as many friends as possible to inform each other about the treaty-details [...like points 1.) to 7.) above]. Then we want to coordinate several actions by posting Myspace-Bulletins. We want to build worldwide strong and powerful networks to organize the resistance against this treaty...

Qui un riassunto dei dettagli piú importanti in italiano. Se il contratto di Riforma dell’UE passerá, questo avrá conseguenze drammatiche per i cittadini europei:

1. La reintroduzione della pena di morte nei casi seguenti

a) quando l’Italia si troverá in guerra (come ora in Afganistan). b) quando minaccia una guerra ( una minaccia esiste sempre). c) in caso di insurrezioni e disobbedienza civile. *

*( quando il funzionario di polizia è dell’opinione che non si tratta piú di una dimostrazione, ma di una “situazione insurrezionale”, polizia e esercito possono fare uso delle armi!).

2. Cooperazione di tutte le forze di sicurezza europee

Tutte le polizie e forze armate europee hanno la possibilitá di intervenire in qualunque Stato Europeo.

3. Dovere di modernizzazione

Tutti gli Stati europei hanno il dovere, con la scusa della “minaccia terroristica” di modernizzare tutte le forze di sicurezza e gli equipaggiamenti nel miglior modo possibile. In futuro le nostre tasse verranno in quantitá sempre maggiore, impiegate per polizia, esercito ed equipaggiamenti.

4. Riduzione degli standard alimentari

Per dare la possibilitá ai paesi dell’est di esportare nel resto dell’Unione i loro prodotti alimentari scadenti, saranno ridotte le norme e gli standard, a discapito dei consumatori.

5. Principio del Paese d’origine

Con l’introduzione della Costituzione europea vale il cosí detto principio del Paese d’origine anche sul mercato italiano. Se una ditta ha ad esempio la sua sede in Ucraina, la paga media dei lavoratori impiegati in Italia sará la paga media ucraina. (La paga media di un lavoratore in Ucraina è di 0,75 € l’ora!!!). Ognuno puó ben immaginare che cosa possa significare per il mercato del lavoro e dei contratti nazionali!

6. La Costituzione italiana verrá in larga parte dismessa

Dopo l’introduzione del contratto europeo, la gran parte delle direttive legislative saranno delegate al Tribunale europeo e lí decise. Cittadini italiani non potranno piú appellarsi alle leggi italiane, ma dovranno presentare le proprie denunce al Tribunale europeo. Questo significa una spesa processuale che il cittadino medio non potrá sostenere. Oltre a ció è possibile che i processi dureranno dagli otto ai dodici anni.

7. Cambiamenti arbitrari della Costituzione europea

La maggioranza dei capi di Stato europei possono in qualsiasi momento introdurre cambiamenti nella Costituzione europea. Gli organi democratici italiani (Camera dei Deputati, Camera del Senato, Corte Costituzionale) sono esclusi.

Se non volete accettare passivamente questi cambiamenti, dovete partecipare alla nostra azione. Vogliamo un referendum popolare europeo che chiede a tutti i cittadini dell’Unione se questi accettano il contratto per la Riforma europea di Lisbona. Il Cancelliere tedesco, Frau Merkel, ripete continuamente che un referendum in Germania non è previsto, ma ció non significa che non è realizzabile. Se un pugno di politici decidono sopra la testa di milioni di cittadini a proposito di questioni fondamentali, sentiamo come dovere democratico quello di chiedere agli interessati e lasciare a loro il compito di decidere. Riflettete sulla urgenza della questione. Il Contratto sará giá effettivo il 01.01.2009. Dopo di ché non ci sará via di ritorno!!!!.

Aquí un resumen de los detalles más importantes en español. Cuando el contrato reformista de la UE se lleve a cabo, esto tendrá las siguientes consecuencias dramáticas por los burgueses de la UE:

1: Reintroducción de la pena de muerte en los siguientes casos:

a) Cuando España se encuentra en guerra. b) Cuando se presente una amenaza de guerra. c) A insurrecciones y desobediencia civil*

*(¡¡¡Cuando la dirección de las fuerzas de la policía opine que ya no se trata de una manifestación, sino de “estados insurreccionales” se permite tanto a la policía como al ejército el uso de armas de fuego!!!)

2: El acuerdo de cooperación de todas las fuerzas de seguridad europea

Todas las fuerzas de la policía y del ejército tienen la autorización de operación ilimitada en todos los países europeos.

3: Obligación del rearme

Todos los estados europeos están obligados so pretexto del “peligro de terror amenazado” al rearme de todas las fuerzas de seguridad y material, de acuerdo a sus posibilidades. En el futuro todavía una parte más grande de nuestros impuestos será gastado en la policía, el ejército y su rearme.

4: Rebaja de los estándares de alimentos

Para darles a los países emergentes de Europa del este la oportunidad de ofrecer sus productos alimenticios y alimentos inferiores al mercado europeo, los estándares por aquellos mismos están reducidos drásticamente, por la desventaja de todos los consumidores.

5: Principio del país de origen

Con la introducción del contrato de la UE, el “principio del país de origen” también repercutirá en la bolsa de trabajo española. Si es que un negocio tiene (por ejemplo en la Ucrania) su domicilio social, está legitimado el pago del salario de acuerdo al promedio del pago en el país de origen también por empleados ocupados en España. (El salario por hora por un empleado en la Ucrania promedia actualmente 0,75€).

6: La constitución de España estará anulada en grandes partes

Después de la introducción del contrato de la UE casi todas las leyes serán adoptadas del tribunal europeo y también decididas allá. Los burgueses de España ya no se pueden acoger a la constitución, sino que tienen que denunciar delante del tribunal europeo. Esto significa una prosopopeya financiera casi imposible, que el “ciudadano de a pie” no puede permitir. Además hay la duración del juicio, que se extenderá de períodos de 8 a 12 años.

7: Cambios aleatorios del contrato de la UE

Los cambios en el contrato de la UE podrían realizarse a cualquier hora por la mayoría de los jefes de estado de la UE. Las partes estatales democráticas de España estarán excluidas totalmente de la colaboración para la realización de una decisión sobre los cambios.

Si usted no quiere aceptar esos cambios, tiene que participar en nuestras acciones. Reclamamos un referéndum a nivel europeo, en el cual todos los burgueses de los países de Europa están encuestados, si quieren asentir al contrato reformista de la UE de Lisboa. Algunos jefes de estado apuntan continuamente que un referéndum no es “previsto” foralmente, sin embargo eso no significa que no lo podemos realizar. Cuando un puñado de políticos toma decisiones existenciales sobre millones de personas, lo consideramos como una obligación democrática de informar a los interesados sobre eso, de interrogarles y de dejarles votar. Por favor ten en cuenta que es obligatorio que realicemos estas acciones pronto. Ya al 01.01.2009 el contrato planificado se adoptará. ¡¡¡Después ya no se podrá hacer nada al respecto!!!
