STOP THE TRAFFIK is a global movement of committed groups and individuals who are working to combat the international crime of human trafficking. We have over 1000 member groups in 50 countries, and a grassroots following on community activists around the world.
Our aim is to support the prevention of trafficking, prosecution of traffickers and protection of trafficking victims. We do this through a number of ways including:
• Education: Spreading the message, creating awareness and understanding of the scale of the problem.
• Advocacy: Engaging with those who have the power to minimise human trafficking, working with a wide range of groups including national governments, the UN, and local communities.
• Fundraising: Financing anti-trafficking work around the world who work with those vulnerable to trafficking, and those who have been trafficked.

    Hello all, it's STOP THE TRAFFIK HQ here. This Thursday we're going to start a major round of campaigning against Nestle for their continued use of cocoa beans originsting from the trafficking hotspot of Cote d'Ivoire. We really, really want you help. The action is going to take the form of a mass of phone calls demanding answers as to why this is still the case. Please please join us in getting these chocolate conglomerates to commit to traffik free chocoalte. This worked on Mars. It worked on Cadbury, Now's it time to ask Nestle what they are doing.
