Stop Traffik

STOP THE TRAFFIK is a global movement of committed groups and individuals who are working to combat the international crime of human trafficking. We have over 1000 member groups in 50 countries, and a grassroots following on community activists around the world.
Our aim is to support the prevention of trafficking, prosecution of traffickers and protection of trafficking victims. We do this through a number of ways including:
• Education: Spreading the message, creating awareness and understanding of the scale of the problem.
• Advocacy: Engaging with those who have the power to minimise human trafficking, working with a wide range of groups including national governments, the UN, and local communities.
• Fundraising: Financing anti-trafficking work around the world who work with those vulnerable to trafficking, and those who have been trafficked.
