Just so you know, I am definately not wearing that outfit to my graduation. Hey sweetheart- how goes life? I'm excited to see you and everyone else in a few weeks. I miss you and hope you and your woman finally landed somewhere you like. It would have been nice to have you in Boulder this summer, but oh well. See you soon, my dear.... Love,A
One of favorite stories from Goddard, was the moment before the last time I got on stage. I turned to my friend, terrified about changing my art and showing myself to the world. He said "Don't worry we don't care what you say, we just want to hear you speak." It was more poetic than that, but it wasn't what was said that makes the story, it was how it made me feel. I'm lucky to have such a good friend. Thanks Will All your support this residency meant the world to me.
Hey, Just read that last comment about Rob Brezy, it brought a huge smile to my face. I guess Ii'm not suprised that he's Goddard stalk. I got to meet him while I was living in Boulder and ask him an astrological question about my love life. I asked how it was possible for a scorpio and a leo to get along? He told me some people don't like difficult relationships, but if your willing to be challenged any two people can be together. He also told me we had to learn to laugh together or we would never survive. I called my Leo love that night and we were together for for some time. It ended recently, quite horrifically I might add. I think we forgot to laugh together. Thanks for mentioning Rob, it reminded me how small the world is and how fate and connection is always alive.
My last day at Goddard; just about to graduate; and I found out that Rob Brezny, the astrologer that completely initiated and inspired the writing style of most astrologers of today graduated from Goddard. I had been reading his columns since 1990 in the New York Press. It all made sense. So don't forget Rob Brezny, he demonstrates wide knowledge, critical thinking and conscious action every week in the village voice and countless other papers around the country. Ronda Johannessen
Thanks for the invite, seeing as how you are a current Goddardian, I expect we have yet to meet, but being the faithful alum that I am, I am sure at some point we will. It looks like a good thing, and if I can contribute, I surely will. After all, talking to people about Goddard ... and or blogging about it, is my part time job. God bless Goddard College and any place that would allow clothing optional, substance friendly, co-ed, and loud as a category of dorm to live in.
This profile looks great. One thing though, under status, if you really want to be true to the Goddard spirit, you must put "swinger" instead of single.
Thanks and good night ... Back to panhandling so I can pay back my student loans!
