About me:

Hi ya! Glad you made it here.

I started out in filmmaking back in the late 80s and worked my way around to advertising by the 90s. My love of cinema has left me with a nasty DVD habit which eBay sure hasn’t helped.

In my day job, I run an ad agency I started in 2001 - specializing in branding, strategy and interactive. I am a total web head.

Even though I call San Francisco home, I currently live on both coasts and serve clients as a creative director, helping them with their various marketing communication issues. The clients I mostly deal with are food/wine/fine dining, golf, real estate, entertainment, and technology.

When I am home you might catch me bellying up to the bar at Spec’s, noshing on the most spectacular calamari fritoes on the planet or maybe I will be standing too close to the speakers at The Fillmore.

My wife and I also run a charity we started - Books For Soldiers where we send books, DVDs and video games to soldiers deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan.

In 2004, I was on my typical East Coast/West Coast run and got bored. My wife can tell you, me being bored is a bad thing. In my hotel room, the cable was out, the internet was down and I had NOTHING to do, so I pulled out my laptop and started drawing cartoons. And I can't believe it - after four years and over 500 strips later, I am still cranking them out. There is just a part of me that NEEDS to be creating all the time.

Maybe I was bred for advertising? I hope the cloners left out the asshole gene. ;-)
