Music... any type, any style, any time. I write music, I breathe music. I also enjoy the arts, theatre, broadway, philosophy, theology, writing, activism (poverty, aids), poetry, and a strange fascination with Amusement Parks, Roller Coasters, Weather and Technology. You will also find me cheering for Notre Dame during football season. | | Music | 
| | Movies | Im a fan of psychological, introspective films. The ones that you get to the end and want to talk about for hours with friends. Some examples would be Fight Club, The Butterfly Effect, One Hour Photo, and many more. In addition I occasionally enjoy a good comedy (Anchorman), or Action Film (Batman Begins). Because of my soft spot for musicals I also enjoy the movie versions of Rent and Chicago, as well as A Prairie Home Companion. | | Television | I don't watch much television either... Basically the news, Mythbusters, Conan O' Brien, and I'm also discovering a new found obsession with 24 | | Books | Anything by Donald Miller, Garrison Keillor, GK Chesterton, The classics, Shakespeare, Plato, Aristotle, Descartes... any book talking about progressive Christian culture or the history of the Christian Church (reformation, denominations, etc...) | | Heroes | Jesus, Mother Theresa, Ben Folds, All of my music teachers, Pope John Paul II, The great classical musicians, and anyone else who impresses me... I have been called many things in life... Some names have stuck, while other names, such as those yelled from angry drivers, have fallen by the wayside. When it all comes down to it, you can call me Josh.
I am living by myself in South Bend, Indiana, and I am beginning to experience this thing we have coined "The Real World"... not the tv shows... but the magical land of a real job, bills, and credit cards...
