La band è nata nel 2002, fondata da Brian Subinaghi, maniaco dei Jethro Tull, assieme Giorgio Pretti, il chitarrista. Si aggiunge quindi il bassista Massimo Martinaglia che porta con sè Marco Cases, dapprima chitarrista e poi batterista, e poi quindi il tastierista Nicola Mastalli. Gli Stormwatchers prima di essere una band sono un gruppo di amici, che condividono la stessa passione e si divertono a suonare questa fantastica musica. Dal 2006 sono in cerca di un nuovo chitarrista.
The band was founded in 2002 by Brian Subinaghi, a young Jethro Tull maniac, together with the guitarist Giorgio Pretti. Bassist Massimo Martinaglia introduced brought along Marco Cases, initially second guitarist, but eventually converted into drummer. Nicola Mastalli, ..boards. The Stormwatchers are basically a group of friends, who share the same passion and have a lot fun in playing this wonderful music. They have been looking for a new guitarist since 2006.
