Lord of the Rings is awesome, Peter Jackson rocks. Has anyone else noticed that after LotR came out, there have been hardly any movies worth seeing? And everyone thinks it's okay to make a 3 hour long movie now. What's up with that?

Television
Samurai Champloo, Inuyasha, Angel, Fox News. You'll always know a Democrat because they'll say "My CNN isn't working." If you want both sides of the story watch FOX.
Books
Stephen King. (And anything else that looks good.) Phillipa Gergory, so far nothing of hers has disappointed. Finally read those Left Behind ones; they're pretty good. The only Stephen King book to ever scare me has been "Desperation." My favorite King/Peter Straub (collaboration) is "The Talisman." WONDERFUL read. If you haven't read it, please do. Fantastic story. "He's Just Not That Into You" is great if you want some relationship advice, but don't read too much into it. According to that book, dump everyone who isn't perfect. Catch 22 is hilarious for someone who likes a good laugh. Can't wait to read Ted, White and Blue.
