With dual guitarists Davis Grissom and David Holt, The Double Trouble Rhythm section of Chris Layton and Tommy Shannon and the high energy spiritual vocals of Malford Milligan, a Storyville live show was nothing less than legendary. This band racked up numerous Austin Music Awards in the late nineties including Band of the Year, Album of the Year and Song of the Year. There two albums, released on Atlantic Records, were both critical and commercial successes. Storyville is now getting ready to release a new live CD/DVD recorded at the legendary Austin music venue Antones. Stay tuned for more details!

A great thread came up about Storyville on our Dr Z forum, and there were many raves from such distiguished guitarists such as our own Buddy Whittington, Dan Weller and Curt Oeser. We're all diggin' the last CD!
