The St. Pete Bears, a newly started bear club in January 2008, from a vision of the owner of SPORTERS, our home bar. We recently held our first meeting and elected officers. We have over a strong over 200 club membership so far and growing. Our goal is to have a club for bears, cubs, leather men and admirers at the truly only MEN's GAY BAR and also be St Petersburg's premiere bear club, the social hub for a growing community.
We know all too well that the terms bear, cub and admirer can mean many things to many people, but whatever your definition, young or old, husky or slim, single or partnered, live in the city or out-of-state, we welcome you!

Your membership includes a personal profile page on our website (coming soon), our quarterly newsletter, and Happy Hour Prices at any time at SPORTERS, as well as business discounts in the community. You'll also have access to Private Parties and ability to access “THE GARAGE” during restricted times. (You can plan your own party as well)

Whether your interests are intellectual, social, or sexual, our club has something for everyone. As a member, you'll join some of the friendliest and woofiest men at our events, both in and out-of-state, and have the time of your life.
How To Become a Member?
It's easy! Simply go to www.stpetebears.com and you can join online The current annual membership fee is $15.00 per individual or $25.00 for couples.
