Formed in 2006
StraightJacket has been around for 2years or so now, we've managed to get played on BBC Oxford, live performances on Oxford FM107.9 and local student radio www.oxideradio.co.uk, (OxJam) MTV2 feature, and performing at Guilfest.
Tony organised an OxJam event in Finchley featuring, KUBB, FREELANCE HELLRAISER, THE HUSH, THE DISTANCE and HANNAH HARRIS.
Tony has been playing guitar and singing for years, during that time he wrote a lot of tunes on his acoustic. With the addition of Ben and Matt the started performing all over London. The more recent addition of Dilson Laguna Jr on the guitar has allowed us to expand the songwriting and performance potential, freeing Tony up for exploring his vocal range.
They launched on Feb 3rd 2006 at a sold out Jericho Tavern in Oxford.
They are currently focusing on Songwriting for the new EP and getting management on board.
