Worship is any genuine response to God's glory including singing, reading scripture, praying, or even just being obedient to the Lord with our lives.
Straightway is a worship band in the Baton Rouge area with a heart to serve the Lord. Our goal as a band is to worship the Lord both in song and with our lives. We lead worship at the Baptist Collegiate Ministry on LSU's campus every Thursday night for college students and high school seniors. We also are available during the week and the weekends to lead worship for revivals, retreats, or any other worship service. As kids we were blessed to have been led by genuine worship leaders at our churches and camps who were not just interested in the music, but were also interested in our lives as young people. we hope to be the same way and we are not the kind of band that just leads worship and then leaves during retreats....we love hanging out with kids and youth and have been so blessed by many of them over the years.
