Anything to do with the creative process, including,art,music film,video,design, etc. not classically trained, I've got more of a just do it attitude. About me: Born in Canada and now residing in Honolulu Hawaii, I have worn alot of different hats over the years, currently however, I'm in the entertainment field. Everybody always says pursue something you love and the rest will follow. How true it is. I've been extremely fortunate to have been working on LOST since the pilot, now entering my fourth year. Although a redshirt, I am in deep gratitude to those responsible for having put me there. It's been a great ride and hope I make it to the end. There is probaly no greater fan than myself and I am extremely proud of all those who pull it all off and make it happen.
Over the hiatus I finally finished my first CD called strange Angell "Into The Sun". I
consider it similar to pink floyd or instrumental rock, great driving music. I've also released a couple of videos that are tied to the album on youtube Rush and Wandering souls, Visions Pt.1 & 2. Other than what I do for a living I am stable, positive, athletic, humorous individual who loves life and everything it offers

I recently accepted the challenge of cycling in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure fund-raising event. The Tour de Cure is a series of cycling events held in over 80 cities nationwide. The Tour is a ride, not a race; it features different route lengths from a family-friendly 10-mile course to a challenging 100-mile journey. I have joined thousands of others to pedal in support of the Association's mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.
