I mostly work with Battle Cry Of Innocence and Street Disciplez Entertainment. Also a part of the Jazzy Management fam and currently spearheading the "Free J-Dee" project.
When I take a break I like to paint and woodburn. Other interests: playing pool, target shooting, swimming and intelligent conversation.
Music
I can appreciate all good music. Right now I mostly listen to hip hop, especially conscious hip hop like Public Enemy, KRS-One, Mos Def, Paris and Street Disciplez. I also like some of the older Rock groups "The Doors", "Queen", "Nirvana", etc. Bob Marley is also tops. Special love to Young Maylay, Element & the Custom Made crew, Clinton Wayne, Fred Knuxx, Caktus Tree, Young HOGGS, and Noni Spitz....don't fall asleep on these guys!
About me: Me...well one of the things about me that is unique is that if you ask me to name my best and worst qualities, most of them would be one and the same. I tend to beat the dead horse rather than give up. I don't put a half effort into anything that I do. As corny as it sounds, I am driven to make the world a better place. I am deeply committed to fighting injustice and promoting a positive change in the hip hop industry. I am also a freelance writer.
I am not very materialistic; I'd rather give a gift than receive one. I'm not one to put on a mask or pretend I am someone I'm not. I say what's on my mind, though I try not to be cruel about it. I keep it 100 at all times. I have a strong love of God but I wouldn't consider myself religious at all, spiritual is more like it. I'm far from perfect but my heart is always in the right place.
There is nothing I value more than people and time, honesty and loyalty. I want the truth, not what you think I want to hear. I don't expect anything from anyone that I am not willing to give myself. I find humor in the strangest places, and I laugh at myself all the time.
