My family is good. My mom just had surgery so, I wanted to spend some time with her. Plus, my nephew is now almost 6months so, I really wanted to spend some time with him. The last time I was home was Christmas so, I was happy to come home and see a bit of his personality. If you think babies are cute, I'll have to show you some pics/video on my digital the next time you're in my neck of the woods or if you ever need some goo! lol

Ahh, I completely understand! When my hair was short and spiky that crap was really expensive, I went through it like crazy.
Nothing much has been going on. I'm home in NYC visiting my family for a few days, I get back to town tomorrow. It's been awesome :) Sometimes, you just need a break, ya know?

whats poppin pimpin. just chillin in bragg. i watched the warm up video looks like your training hard . you should be down here in Bco you would love the pt we do 6mile run followed by muscle failure pt.I do that shit every day. it works im up to 145 pimp. but like i told you we dont practice too much hand to hand because there aint no body trying to grapple after you hit them with a few 5.56 rounds. i guess they started doing some octagon fighting here in fayetteville. so if you make it down here we will have too go check it out. no i dont wanna spar with you mother fucka i ment watch the fight. keep you hands off my grape drink
