INTRODUCING THE STRIKEFORCE!

Introducing Singapore's earliest and one of the largest street percussion band, The Strikeforce! Music, movement and creativity come together in a group of over 120 vibrant people to produce enjoyable performances that anyone can appreciate. In 2006 Aug, they thrilled the crowds at Singapore’s National Day Parade 2006 Main Act 1 & 3 and all its related events such as the NDP Appreciation dinners hosted by the Minister of Defence and the Chief Of Defence force. In 2009 NDP, they performed again and this time round, they put up a triumphant military drumline inspired piece 'live' and within the audience.
As a percussion group on a mission, they have wowed more than 100,000 young people over the last 5 years playing at conferences taking place in Taiwan, Malaysia, China & Singapore. Instruments from the Strikeforce run the gamut from drum kit to hand drums to anything that makes a sound, from trashcans to cutlery to even parts of the human body. They simply love to try new things to hit and play with! The Strikeforce will be one of those that continue to give their best to break the mould of what a street performance band or indeed any band should be.
