All the guys were very accomodating and it was obvious these guys knew what they were doing. We had a few musicians at the party and they were able to get up on stage with them and jam, even if it meant using their gear. They even stayed later than scheduled. They evolved from jam sessions happening at fire pits and private parties throughout Southwest Michigan. Their mission is to bring the magic and energy of these fire pit jam sessions to your event..... ....To accomplish this they use guest musicians playing a variety of instruments. They also perform songs with loose arrangements and open spaces for jams. Often arranging a song differently while in the middle of playing it. The combination of guest musicians and improvisation keeps their music fresh and gives it an excitement that can't be rehearsed..... ....Both Tim and John have been performing music locally for over 25 years. John has played bass and toured the Midwest with bands such as Mass Quantities, Dream N 3D, and The Detours. He has also put in a lot of time mixing sound for local bands and operating his home recording studio where he has recorded dozens of local singer songwriters. Tim has taken the stage at the Grand Rapids Festival of the Arts and has played with many of the areas finest acoustic artists..... ....String Theory is currently gathering material for an original CD..... -

Jammit is an app where you can solo the instruments of your favorite songs. We are a team of engineers, mixers and musicians. We started Jammit because we got together and saw a need for musicians to have software like this.
After a couple years of development and talking labels into allowing the raw tracks to be released, we have taken the separate tracks of famous songs and formatted them for your IPhone and Ipod Touch. We are currently developing other platforms like the desktop app.
Solo the track, learn with the scrolling music and hear exactly how players like Ritchie Blackmore played the part....all from the original master tapes, no re-records.
Frank Gryner and Chris Baseford (Rob Zombie engineers, mixers) have started a blog forum on here where you can have dialogue with them, no stuffy gap between anyone anymore.
