Bio:

Darren Caperna and Mike Mroz met back in 1990 in LA, where they started writing and performing original music. However the band broke up after the Northridge earthquake and they went their sparate ways. Ten years later Mike tracks Darren down in New York to form an AC/DC Tribute band called Back in Black. Now with Jay Benzi, Mike Wagner, and Taylor Smith in the band, they become one of the top tribute acts in the world and discover that all the great AC/DC fans are desperate for new material. So they begin to write again, and release a 6 song original cd. They sell all 3000 cds immediately and are motivated to write and record more songs. In Sept 2007 they form a new original band called Stripwired and release their self titled 11 song CD. They now tour across North America performing with Back in Black, delivering amazing high energy performances and gaining a huge following. The CD has received rave reviews from all over the world ( see blogs )
