About me: Struggle Zine is sth more than just a zine...For me it's lot of sweat and tears and fuckin effort that i put in the 1st & 2nd issue. The basic idea behind Struggle Zine is to present all values that hardcore scene holds, to present all the great bands and their wordz. It's also a group of friends who are trying to bring the best quality possible. We want to aware everybody about all the good and bad stuff that is going on around. Struggle is all in polish but i want to assure You that we are up to something...So be aware and wait! The main idea of doing this zine is friendship and support...There are 3 main people that are in it and lots of people helping us...There is guy called Henry Krinkle (henry_krinkle@o2.pl) who is responsible for interviews, reviews, articles; guy called Pat Rosicki (treason@o2.pl) who is our main graphic and who did almost all of our fuckin great graphics...big respect and thank You! And last one is a guy called Eddie (struggle_zine@hard-core.pl) who was inventor of this zine and who is doing all kind of writings for the zine. There are 2 important people to mention...guy called Mroowa - for helping us in doing all preparations with 1st issue and guy called XDa Sympatico BoyX who helped us with 2nd issue. We don't exist without You...so don't fail us and support our troops!
Who I'd like to meet: We need fresh blood to make our stuff better and better and we count on You to help us with doing new stuff! I wrote somewhere that without people supporting us we are dead and that's the fuckin truth! So get in touch and let's help each other every way possible...supporters never die!

Feminoteka, przy współpracy z Muzeum Powstania Warszawskiego, przygotowała kolejną wystawę Wirtualnego Muzeum Historii Kobiet. Wystawa to projekt multimedialny, na który składa się film, fotografie, wywiady, teksty. Swoimi przeżyciami podzieliło się z nami 20 kobiet, które żyły w Warszawie w czasie Powstania Warszawskiego. To wystawa z perspektywy kobiet - matek, córek, żołnierek, bohaterek. W ramach projektu, przy nieocenionej współpracy naszych przyjaciółek i przyjaciół powstał mini-dokument, nasz pierwszy film! Bohaterki odpowiadają w nim na pytania, których nie znajdziemy w podręcznikach do historii. Chciałyśmy dowiedzieć się przede wszystkim tego, jakie było ich codzienne życie: w co były ubrane, co nosiły w torebkach, jak radziły sobie z miesiączką, o czym marzyły...
Nie chcemy budować pomnika, chcemy wiedzieć, jak żyły nasze babcie, kiedy miały tyle lat, co my teraz.
W programie:
pokaz filmu Życie codzienne kobiet podczas Powstania Warszawskiego [20 min.] oraz spotkanie z jego bohaterkami.
