Judging from the cover art I was not expecting much, and I was wrong. Strut & Shock is like a darker Bangs. It's got Arzu from Selby Tigers, and the music is pretty straightforward driving punk power pop that's really good with surf-tinged melodies, dirty sounding fuzz, and an unrelenting beat. Seems like one of those rock 'n' roll bands that's just about fucking shit up and having fun. ~ Marissa Magic
