    During the winter -07 Strykjärn was formed in Säffle, SE. With the single goal to produce some heavy-KO facefucking metalcore which resulted in a 5-track EP that was named "En Last För Samhället", after the EP we changed the lineup slightly with a new singer & guitarist and continued working on the debut record which was released during the summer of 2009, named "Vi Lever På Hat". Now we're working on a yet-to-be named full-length record with a currently non-existing deadline. At the time being we're doing shows in or vicinity, looking forward to gain more & more recognition and spreading our message & music more and more. Available for contact and shows 24/7 - don't hesitate to bring us to your place for a fistful of pure smalltown hatred.
