About Stuck On The Bottom

In 2005 three friends in Amsterdam decided to make a punkrock album. Fortunalty two friends, Gijs (www.myspace.com/tenementkids) & Teun (www.myspace.com/laternpoll), wanted to help us in this mission. In 2006 our demo "never isn't something forever" was released. Because Teun loved Amsterdam so much he decided to stay. Gijs, however, missed the countryside of Utrecht too much and left, eventhough he has an Amsterdam tattoo.

After this we had to find a new singer, wich took far too long and had no result. In a desperate move we made a swop and our bassist started singing. Within a week (!) we found a new bass player. His name is "the Roste" and he used to play with Sellfish. It was like a sunset in a clear sky.... We were happy...

Now we could finally call ourselves a (complete) band and we could focus on making our first full lenght album. The result was a ten song punkrock album, called "Kill the Virus", wich was released in 2008. To get an impression you can listen to three songs on our myspace or to the entire album (previews) on itunes.
